Alza Las Manos

Sometimes I wave my hands in the air even when I care….especially when I care.

I find it to be especially liberating, celebratory, and appropriate to many moments in life:

The baby takes a longer nap than usual? *waves hands in the air*

I’m grocery shopping and many of the fruits and vegetables I need are on clearance? *waves hands in the air*

Tried a new recipe and it is *waves hands in the air*

Wake up in the morning with little to no back pain? *waves hands in the air*

Come to think of it, when is it NOT a good time for my hands to be in the air?

I hereby proclaim March 12 to be forever known as Intergalactic Hands In The Air Day.

This is our Theme Song:

We will celebrate this holiday by dancing whenever something goes right during the day. We will also greet one another with arms held high above our head, you know, as if we did not care.

But really we do.

Will now be waving hand in air on a regular basis (metaphorically, of course). Sweet!
